I'm already gearing up for Finger Vote 2014.
Just for reference, means my post was a giant steaming pile of sarcasm.
Rights, and all else need acceptable definitions..
So, as usual....no vote.
I have scanned the Bill of Rights...but do not test me....I'll fail, IYO..
I think man has access rights..I do not think he has rights to "free" items...
He has the right to be protected...more or less....a 24/7 police force would be prohibitively expensive...
He does have the right to be safe from an oppressive government...but this can occur on a local level...
An absolute right to gun ownership ??....I hope not...too many nut cases.
To answer the question, only the rights which the American Government is willing to enforce. New car? Sure if they'll enforce it. The right to smack down my enemies with extreme prejudice? If they'll enforce it.
