A perfect score means picking whether they are or aren't rights. The answer "no" can be correct. It's like a true/false test.

It never occurred to you that the "right" answer might be to not check off certain things?

    Oh jeez...

I'm already gearing up for Finger Vote 2014.

Just for reference, means my post was a giant steaming pile of sarcasm.

Rights, and all else need acceptable definitions..
    So, as usual....no vote.
I have scanned the Bill of Rights...but do not test me....I'll fail, IYO..
I think man has access rights..I do not think he has rights to "free" items...
He has the right to be protected...more or less....a 24/7 police force would be prohibitively expensive...
He does have the right to be safe from an oppressive government...but this can occur on a local level...
An absolute right to gun ownership ??....I hope not...too many nut cases.

    This should be rich.
People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

If you have issues with a conservative response that boils down to his skepticism of creating something from nothing - that's worrying in many different ways.

Indeed. Especially given the actual nature of what a right is.

To answer the question, only the rights which the American Government is willing to enforce. New car? Sure if they'll enforce it. The right to smack down my enemies with extreme prejudice? If they'll enforce it.

I would think more along the lines of "what rights we want them to enforce that they are willing to give us to get us to stop bothering them".
