This isn't the first time I made this particular argument in my life, and I have the 51 inch TV to prove it.

What do you call it when a man gets on his knees, offers an expensive gift and then asks for something?

Sounds like begging + bribery to me.

I meant the whole "getting down on bended knee thing" I guess some men still do it but it seems that it's more the thing of romance novels than real life.

I would chat with her when I'm feeling particularly snarky, but I wouldn't ever call her on the phone.

Well, now my wife watches murder mystery shows and other shows where women have murdered their husbands in a rage. So, we'll see how that pans out I guess.

My grandmother watches those type of movies all the time and my grandfather says it is so she can figure out a way to kill him and get away with it.
