    Re: Tobacco

The only form of tobacco I'll partake in rarely is fine cigars, and that has to be on special occasions where a bunch of people are doing it for celebration. Other than that, I hate tobacco.

Currently i am enjoying an ashton vsg "virgin sun grown" sorcerer, churchill sized, and sipping on a knob creek bourbon chillin as the rush hour passes.

    Indeed a "special occasion"

    Re: Tobacco

I grew up in a household that would kinda heavily smoke. My dad smokes, although he is a Type 1 Diabetic.

I have never smoked, but one time while I was taking a shower, I all of a sudden craved a cigarette. It was the creepiest feeling I have ever had about a craving, and I knew what I would be getting myself into if I were to have start smoking. I did get close, because I grabbed a pack. But then I looked at it and wondered "Why the hell do I need this?", and I proceeded to put it back in the closet it was in.

Effing weird brain activity, don't you think? lol

    Re: Tobacco

I was so addicted that I had to quit. 3 packs a day, no lie. I haven't had a cigarette in almost 4 years.

If I could have just smoked a pack a day I probably wouldn't have quit.

I think a lot of people get confused. If a person is going to smoke an electronic cigarette indoors they are probably doing so to push buttons. I don't think it's really appropriate because while it isn't smoke it does have a distinct odor. It's nowhere near as bad or room-filling as cigarette smoke, but it is there.
I agree if people use an e-cig at a public location indoors where smoking is banned they're likely doing so to push people's buttons.

Last night it was an Arturo Fuente Opus X "Perfection #2" and a dram of the Balvenie "30" by the pool under a perfect night of good food and good times.

Nothing goes better with Guinness than a fine cigar.
