If I can grow it in my back yard I think it shou;ld be legal. I have problems with synthesized drugs.

Marijuana and psilocybin mushrooms.

Legalize them all. What people choose to put in their bodies is no business of government.

I was going to select cocain and opium as well but opium is mainly produced by afghanistan and I'm not so sure our money wouldn't go to fund our enemies there. And cocain is cut with so much other stuff it's not as natural. If people would just chew the leaves, then maybe I'd feel better about it.

I agree with your statement though, it's not the gov's business what I do with my body. Not to mention all the money it's wasting to prevent drug use.

I voted marijuana and cocaine and after I voted I saw the mushrooms option, so I'd like to add that to my list.

Legalize it all, let people deal with the consequences of their actions.

Any of those that you list, with the proviso that they be adulterated to cause irreversible sterility.

Statements like that are why the Loosertarians never have a viable presidential nominee.

Anything to offer? Just insult? That's it? Nothing maybe...substantive or on point for the topic huh? Just drive by posting huh? Shows a lot about your resolve and integrity. But who really would have been shocked by your childish, immature, and intellectually dishonest behavior?

...or you could ask a probing question on my political reasoning, your choice.

I would have no problem if they made everyone on the list legal. People need to be responsible for themselves. There is really no reason not to make them legal. If someone wants to get high lets them. It is after all up to them. It would have to follow the same laws as that for consumption of alcohol.

I recently had a friend accidentally OD on some very powerful prescription painkiller so I do need for some regulation of these very powerful painkillers.

Cyanide, to be rid of people who need drugs to get by.

You didn't engage in anything of the likes, you made nothing more than childish insult. Why should you think you should be treated better than you treat others?

1. I insulted a political party, not a member of DP;
2. Groups and public individuals are fair targets for flame;
3. My flame is factually accurate: the whole "legalize all drugs" bs has in fact kept that party from gaining a ton of Conservative support/votes;
4. I voted in the poll ;)

Or you could offer up some of your political reasoning. Your choice.

I did :2wave:

The Loosertarian stance to legalize all drugs has cost them a lot of support from Conservatives and moderate Democrats. The same goes with it's position on prostitution, but this thread isn't about prostitution. When the Loosertarian party chooses to back down from it's radical leanings it will find itself in a position to take the power it has always wanted.

Is drug legalization a show-stopper for you, or is your assessment merely strategic in nature?

Would you ever vote for a candidate who supported drug legalization? Why or why not?

Fantastic logic! Legalize Cocaine, Heroin, Meth! The fall of society begins with celtic lord!

Rare agreement with you but you are right on!
(& it's time to legalize prostitution & gambling too)

Government has no business trying to operate like a church!...Stay out of victimless moral questions entirely!

You offered nothing constructive, you denigrated an entire group of people, you never explained your position you only offered insult, you ran off, you then demanded that people treat you better than you were treating others. I don't get where your sense of entitlement comes from, but you shouldn't be surprised when people throw back what it is that you are trying to dish out. If you can't take it, don't dish it out.

If some redneck got on the tube and started yelling about how the average citizen has the 2nd amendment right to own stinger missiles, I'd tune them out also. The same with any leftist who insists on a right to abort at any point in pregnancy no mater how far along.

Would you ever vote for a candidate who supported drug legalization? Why or why not?

Imo recreational drug use needs to have a responsible limit, and that responsible limit inherently excludes highly addictive drugs like meth.

A candidate who supports legalizing hard drugs does not share my view on responsible behavior, and so I wouldn't support him.

Are you using some kind of Random-Flame-Generator? Because non of that applies to me.

What about highly addictive drugs such as tobacco?
