Then file a lawsuit. You'll probably win.

Exactly. I am not sure if you agree if the lawsuit should be won... but if someone wants to donate their DNA and blood to the government, then by all means they should be allowed to.

The problem is that if the government has someone's blood sample and DNA samples, then they will be able to theoretically determine where someone has been.

Regardless of how expensive a program may be or how incompetent the government is perceived to be it is no reason to let our guard down.

But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

It sounds so simple, doesn't it? I mean, why preempt a blatantly unconstitutional policy when we can just file a lawsuit after the fact. How efficient and forward thinking...

Anyway, having remembered your earlier advocacy of eugenics it seems such a policy would be advantageous to your monstrous agenda. What better way to identify and dispose of undesirables than with a nationalized genetic database? Fire up the ovens!

If you remembered my advocacy of eugenics that well, you'd remember that I don't advocate disposing of undesirables past birth. Nice try.

Well, what about the people who have inheritable traits that could be deemed undesirable? Certainly, being an advocate of eugenics, you would utilize this genetic data base in order to "discourage" these freaks from reproducing?

It's not necessary. Eugenics really works much better when you focus on accentuating the positive.

Liberal abortion policy is all the negative eugenics we really need. Only thing that would make it better would be if it were subsidized for people who cannot afford it.

Safer world for our childern? Kinda hard to do when the gov. has the means to kill their parents via DNA Crazy Stuff. You do know if we allow them to start doing this the next step is cloning us all to fight and kill via Super Robot Human Style? If they are not already doing that

Our government needs to look at the DNA of law adibers...there are so few of us, this is one way that they can detect what a law abiding citizen looks like...
Now that is pure genius! Let those law abiders give up their DNA to the gov. so they/gov. can create a bunch of T-Total Loser PusSy Punks!!!!!!!

This certainly isn't a simple question. In the perfect world, where we can trust the security of our samples, I would vote Yes. I'm thinking of Id purposes for lost and stolen kids, family members id'ing relatives, and yes, criminal identification. We have the technology. Let's use it for some good.

However, security must be air tight! I hope there is much discussion on this issue, by the gov't, before a vote is taken.
Thank You Barack Obama for Restoring Honor To The Presidency.
President Obama will rank as one of our greatest presidents!
