Cramer these days is essentially a pundit for financial talk. While there is some value to be had in utilizing the Cramer effect, you really shouldn't listen to him.

I have to agree.

Cramer is a kinda fun to watch meltdown but his financial picks are at times terrible.

Apparently his stock picks have underperformed the market on a regular basis. One study concluded that over 2005 to 2007 period of 2 years, his "portfolio" underperformed the DJIA by 10%. That's pretty bad.

Some of his most staunch supporters are finally waking up from their deep funk and wondering how in the world they missed the destructive ideas consistent with his shady past. How in the world could they have missed all the warnings.

That's how we get Obama. Style over substance. Little to no intellectual curiosity.
