Do you think that Israel is held to a double standard when it comes to it's defense?

Did you ever notice that when Israel needs to defend itself from attacks that all of these people come out of the woodwork to criticize it? I mean when a bunch of people get gunned down in Africa nobody seems to raise a hue and cry (except for a few brave people). Israel is the only country that always occupies the TV ever year with some new peace plan being smashed by someone blowing themselves up or shooting rockets into their land. Even after they withdrew from Gaza the attacks continued and innocent people were killed. Jews, Muslims, Christians, and Secular people all killed indiscriminately by these murderers. Still Israel is condemned for a "disproportionate response" to the rocket attacks when they used airstrikes and sent troops in to defend their people. If any other nation did this would they be under such scrutiny? The question is Do you think that Israel is held to a double standard when it comes to it's defense?

Well it just how the world works right know. That people in the western countries care more about 3000 dead Americans during 9/11 then millions dead in Sudan. That at the same time Hamas rocket that kills only around 20 Israels during several years get more news cover then the thousand of Burmese minorites kiled, raped, tortured and inprisoned by the Burmes military during that time.

But that also comes with a responsibility that western people in general get more upset by atrocities commited by western democracies.

Israel causes most of it's own problems by it own arrogance and lack of humanity. Yet so do most countries, including the Good Ole USA.

Yes. They really should just let Hamas blow up their citizens. If they did that I bet Hamas would stop.

Because it's really inhumane to defend your people from those who would want them dead. How arrogant of them.
