Who do you think is the best president of Latin America?

I vote for Uribe because he has turned Colombia from a country about to go to civil war to a safer country, because terrorists, who previously put bombs in each street in all cities, now are scared in the jungles.

My second options would be Michelle Bachelet, Leonel Fernández and Felipe Calderón. Then Lula da Silva and the others are s*i*.
