So, for those of you who are long-time Phelps fans or recent ones, do you still support/admire/love Michael Phelps after his recent marijuana debacle?

If you choose "other," please say why.

I love him more.

Personally I could care less, he did something that everyone his age does anyway.

I still support him. Marijuana doesn't affect Michael Phelps anyway.

I'm a fan of no man.
And this is what Phelps is, nothing but a man, with the strengths and weaknesses.
If he was a non-celebrity, then no-one would notice his use of marijuana..
So, what is the big deal ?
I say, send the media hawks out to fight the Aussie wildfires - make them do something worthwhile....

I'm a fan of him athletically. There's always something fun and amazing watching a person at the very top of their game doing that skill...be it Woods, Jordan, or Phelps.

I'm not a fan of him as a person, but that was from long before the pot stuff. He just seems like a complete and utter Douche bag. Seriously, stop cocking your hat to the side, you're not street, you look like a ****ing geneticly altered person, stop it. Also, when watching a Ravens game don't come out in a damn Ray "The Stabber" Lewis jersery and then suddenly 3 quarters later when Ed Reed has 2 TD's magically have an Ed Reed jersey on instead.

Seriously, Douche Bag and genetically altered man-dolphin....but one hell of a swimmer.

My feelings for him have not changed one bit.

Other. I'm a phan now and wasn't before it happened.

This doesn't affect my support of him at all. He is still the greatest olympian of all-time no matter how much marijuana he has.

I can not really understand why anyone would want to be famous. All that happens is you wind up being followed around by a bunch of losers that can not even accomplish a fraction of what you have hoping to catch a private moment on video tape hoping to destroy all you have worked for in a single moment.

Personally I think all famous people should take lessons from Sean Penn on how to deal with ignorant nosey reporters. Phelps is a champion and a human, More power to him and I wish him a long successful career.
