Perhaps - depends on context
Tucker Case - Tard magnet.
It's not racist its fact. When Africa was colonized the indigenous people and its resources were exploited by the colonial powers. Post-colonial Africa isn't much better since alot of the former colonies became Communist dictatorships right afterward. Then after the Soviet Union fell, alot of the Communist governments got overthrown but fight over resources and other things.
BTW: Was this a college class?
Jackboots always come in matched pairs, a left boot and a right boot.
Well, it all depends on context; how did you support this statement? If you supported it by explaining the history of Africa as ravaged by European imperialism and Middle Eastern domination then it wouldn't be. If you basically said "they've always been poor and always will be because that's just how they are" then it would be.Well, I'm still at school, and I always state my beliefs openly, and I've always gotten the top grade for writing formally, however, I got cited for racism for calling Africans "Chronically poor", and in a state of "Perpetual destitution and exploitation", both comments referred to the state of Africa's economy and the effects of colonialism on Africa's economy.
I've tried arguing with my teacher, but he still cited me for racism, but I want to ask you, are those comments REALLY RACIST?
Now that I've read through the thread, I see people have already said that.
So what was the context?
