Why the **** would anyone care if people knew they went into an adult shop anyway? T'aint a goddamn thing wrong with it.

I'd hold up a damn sign that said "Hi MOM!!"

I've made several trips back and forth from South/North Carolina to Wisconsin. Towards the southern part of Indiana, there are alot of signs with a big "XXX" sign, and then saying like "another predator born every day" or something like that. I'm sure its the same people.

I made my porn store visits in Tennessee. :2razz:

People like them give Christians a bad name and atheists more ammo.

About 6 years ago, I believe, a little girl that was 9 years old was abtucted from a small town about 3 miles away from this site. She was raped and dumped into a small lake several miles away. This happened before the adult store was there but they use this to justify what they are doing. You should check their site out. I think it is warline.org. I did see my daughter in law on there before.:doh

Congrats on your daughter in law's healthy sexual attitude.

Is this the site?

From that site:

In addition, they tend to lead to sexual assault due to the "frenzy from aroused men" that frequent these locations.

We plan to frequent these locations with cameras and if you wish to enter a nude/bikini bar or adult book store, your photo could wind up on our site! How would you like for your mother, wife, father, children, pastor or others to see your photo on the world-wide web as you enter one of these establishments?

:rofl Well my wife probably wouldn't care. She encourages my porn addiction. ;)

Thats the place. Supposedly the guy running the web site is an ex sex offender but I'm not sure about that or even what he did.
The guy running the website is an asshole.

It's a clear invasion of privacy. I'm sure the church members would be throwing a hissyfit if adult store patrons stood outside their church on Sunday and took information about all the people who went to the service.

But of course, the religious are hypocrites, so...

Then you must be religious.

This is not an invasion of privacy because they are not in private.

It's no different then the treatment celebrities are exposed to, only the motivation for doing so is different.

What kind of nonsense if this. Who says that going to into an adult store is ungodly. Lets suppose that we have our god fearing married company, all about to engage in missionary sex for the purpose of procreation to make some more little disciples. However, the wife's lady parts are a bit dry so she goes to an adult store to buy some lube. This god-fearing women is on a divine mission and these agents interfere with her good works? Where I come from, people who voyeuristically take pictures of woman in state of undress are in no position to be lecturing others about moral values.

Very interesting comparison, I never thought of that one. Thanks. :2razz:
But the way in which celebrities are treated by the media is despicable..
These Christians (so-called) need to grow up and accept the imperfections of man...

The only one the wife and ever went in was on the way home from the smokey mountains. I think it was just outside of Sevierville.

how about libel? the site is basically claiming that the patrons of the store are rapists.
I thought about that as well, but the burden would be on the person bringing the charges and the church could say that it wasn't targeted at any individual, they'd get some kind of technicality out of it and it would be likely to stand.

Actually that would be a great idea. "So are you "really" saved?", "How long have you been saved?", "are you saved because you were born a religious bigot or because you were a major screw up early in life?", "born again huh?, well that is the worst kind of christian." But don't just stop there, you see them drinking any kind of adult beverage, get a pic, ditto if they get behind the wheel of a car, get pics of their purchases at the grocery store, etc.

maybe kicking the **** out of them would help

actually they'd probably really enjoy being "persecuted"

I'm a fan of them getting a beat down personally, but I think you're right, they would turn it around on their victim by saying the attack was unwarranted, even though they started it.
