Actually that is exactly what it is.

What if someone printed the stars and stripes over a picture of a face?

Carrying an American flag wherever you go has never been cool.

This reminds me of that election Southpark episode.

Nothing should go on our flag. Anyone that does put stuff on it is a P.O.S imo.

I voted "not cool", but I would remind that one of the things the flag stands as a symbol for is the willingness of our founders to die for the liberty of its people, including the liberty to attempt to persuade people politically.
    Just a thought.

those flags in the photos were intended to honor America and Obama. They are not or can be real flags with a photo on them.

Are you saying that we should hate Obama because someone put his photo on flag? Nonsense. that is like saying we should hate stars or stripes because they are on the flag. the Flag of the USA does not have a picture of any president on it, so this is obviously not the flag of the USA,

Are you arguing with yourself now, I mean you did quote yourself and all.

No one is saying that we should hate Obama - not for someone putting his picture on the flag. And it is our flag - any argument against that is pure lunacy.

Good luck, you obviously need it.
Welfare (Food Stamps, WIC, etc...) are not entitlements. They are taxpayer funded handouts and shouldn't be called entitlements at all. Social Security and Veteran's benefits are 'Entitlements' because the people receiving them are entitled to them. They were earned and paid for by the recipients.

    Re: Cool or not cool?

Alright....so this flag is CLEARLY in violation of flag code. I'm not against it because it's an Obama guy wearing it but because it's a violation of well flag code regardless of who does it.

    So here it is :

If you put your flag on a bikini and show off your NRA One of a Kind Rifle :

    Violation of flag code.

If you're a far left liberal who wants to show how badly America is doing by burning the flag :

    Violation of flag code.

If you paint the U.S. flag on a trash can :

    Violation of flag code.

If you are using the U.S. flag to sell a product :

    Violation of flag code.

If you're using the U.S. flag to promote a religious message and at the same time sell **** :

    Violation of flag code.

So as you can all see this is NOT a partisan issue. This is an American issue. A violation of the flag code is a violation of the flag code.

    * The flag should never be dipped to any person or thing, unless it is the ensign responding to a salute from a ship of a foreign nation. This tradition comes from the 1908 Summer Olympics in London, where countries were asked to dip their flag to King Edward VII: the American team flag bearer, Ralph Rose, refused, teammate Martin Sheridan famously proclaiming that "this flag dips to no earthly king."[1] This tradition was codified as early as the 1911 U.S. Army drill regulations.[2]
    * The flag should never be displayed with the union (the starred blue canton) down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property. [3]
    * The flag should not be used as "wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery",[1] or for covering a speaker's desk, draping a platform, or for any decoration in general (exception for coffins). Bunting of blue, white and red stripes is available for these purposes. The blue stripe of the bunting should be on the top.
    * The flag should never be drawn back or bunched up in any way.
    * The flag should never be used as a covering for a ceiling.
    * The flag should never be used for any advertising purpose. It should not be embroidered, printed, or otherwise impressed on such articles as cushions, handkerchiefs, napkins, boxes, or anything intended to be discarded after temporary use. Advertising signs should not be attached to the staff or halyard.

    * Flag lapel pins may also be worn (they are considered replicas) and are worn near the heart.
    * The flag should never have placed on it, or attached to it, any mark, insignia, letter, word, number, figure, or drawing of any kind.
    * The flag should never be used as a receptacle for receiving, holding, carrying, or delivering anything.
    * The flag should never be stepped on.
    * The flag should not be draped over the hood, top, sides, or back of a vehicle, railroad train, or boat.
    * When the flag is lowered, no part of it should touch the ground or any other object; it should be received by waiting hands and arms. To store the flag it should be folded neatly and ceremoniously.
    * The flag should be cleaned and mended when necessary.
    * If the flag is being used at a public or private estate, it should not be hung (unless at half mast) during rain or violent weather.
    * When a flag is so tattered that it can no longer serve as a symbol of the United States, it should be destroyed in a dignified manner, preferably by burning. The American Legion, Boy Scouts of America[4], Girl Scouts of the USA[5] and other organizations regularly conduct dignified flag-burning ceremonies, often on Flag Day, June 14.
    * The flag should never touch anything beneath it. Contrary to an urban legend, the flag code does not state that a flag that touches the ground should be burned. Instead, the flag should be moved so it is not touching the ground.[6]
    * The flag should always be permitted to fall freely (This was not the case during the Apollo 11 moon landing when the US flag was reinforced by a horizontal bar at the top to allow full display even in absence of an atmosphere and the resulting lack of wind activity.)
    Are there ANY questions?
