Yes. I run at least 5 km five times a week, commute on my bicycle, weight train 3-4 days a week, play soccer and other sports regularly. I am in very good shape for a 37-year old and will run a half-marathon this weekend.

I try to eat well. I do like my snack foods, but I enjoy them in moderation.

Wow, I'm 24, I can't run a half marathon.. One of my goals before I am 28 is to run a marathon and complete it the first time I run it.

I also try to run 5km five times a week, and then walk back, but its always more like 3-4 times a week.

Are you kidding? Sure, I like beans. I eat them a lot.
Like 3 or 4 times a week, either beans or lentils or dried peas.
    Here's my dinner tonight:

    Rice, asparagus, brussels sprouts.
Actually, I had the exact same thing last night, except I had carrots instead of brussels sprouts.
Tomorrow, I'll probably have beans to get some protein.

My diet is much like what Korimyr described- veggies and whole grains, stir-fries and salads, plus a lot of fruit smoothies.
That's pretty much what my tummy can tolerate these days.
Not that I don't occasionally binge on candy and chips and junk food. I do.
    Often, actually.

I've seen capoeria, it doesn't look like something a guy my size should really try, just like gymnastics. Are there many guys that are 190.5 cm and 106kg that do capoeria over there?

I'm exactly the same as you. My flexibility stinks, so I started doing yoga a few months back. Once a week is enough for me, and I find it harder than a 50 km bike ride. Honestly.

I got overly cocky about a month ago and hyperextended my hip. I had to explain--to the giggles of my tennis buds--that I couldn't run well cuz I had a yoga injury.

It is hard, and I do find it boring as hell, but it does help. But it takes time before it starts getting easier.

Wow, Brussels sprouts... They taste special, I acquired a taste for it after my Belgian ex-girlfriend made them for me regularly. Now I do not eat them anymore.
I never liked beans, the taste is not that bad but I don't like the way it feels in the mount and teeth.

I eat lots of breads also in addition to the things I mentioned before. Do you not just love good bread?

That looks really yummi. What did you mix in the rice?

There's nothing better than good bread. There's a shop close to my house that makes the absolute best. My favourite is a 12 grain fennel bread that is to die for.

Wow, thats big.. I am 183 and 85ish kg(quite big also), works fine for me.. In my class there was a guy at more than 2 meters, skinny fellow, he managed. I guess it works for everyone, he had advantage with long legs(sometimes), they flew dangerously all around me in the roda.

That all looks really good. I love brussels sprouts simmered in orange juice and garlic. Yuu-uummy.

Tonight, I had some crab meat with onions and mushrooms over whole grain pasta with some hollandaise sauce. Most unhealthy meal ever but so good.

But yeah, I mostly eat grains, rice, green vegetables, chicken, and fruit smoothies and juices. I also eat every three hours that I am awake so that my basal metabolism stays peaked.
