It depends on the situation, obviously, so I can't answer your question "exactly," which was why I said that the history of the US labor movement is filled with countless examples that you can go to your library and read about (or if you're too lazy you could probably find info about online).

In other words, you are asking a question that cannot be answered outside of specific historical and material conditions. My answer is not "I don't know" but rather "Your question is unanswerable in its present form."

    Red herring
Your question isn't relevant to my response, nor does it address the question I put to you.

You don't know. I got it. Move on.

It's completely relevant. You're asking me a question that is impossible to answer "EXACTLY" without any information as to the specific circumstances. Likewise, I posed a question to you with the same problem to expose how ridiculous your question is.

The fact that you can't admit that your question is unanswerable in its present form just shows how dishonest and immature you are.

No its not, as it doesnt provide the information that my question requires as a response.

    Fact is, you don't know.

Ah, the ad hom -- the bastion from which those with nothing worthwhile to say do so for all to see.

I think it's been sufficiently documented that you're just being unreasonable, so I'm not going to engage in your infantile claims of superiority.
