The Nazi's measures were intended to identify and marginalize Jews. Both the hijab and American anti-nudity laws are legislating modesty. Where you think nudity means bare breasts many muslims think it has a more general definition (immodesty if not nudity). What makes your view more valid than theirs? |

But would it be ok to force Muslim women not to wear the hijab.
