Was Gwen Ifill biased?

I thought this was interesting considering her 'pro-Obama book' that nobody's read yet but we all swear it's pro-Obama because he's in the title. If you think she was biased explain why. What was biased about her questions etc etc her tone? Jokes she might have made? Etc etc.

I said no. I wished, however, that she would have said to Sarah Palin, "You didn't answer the question." I think she kept quiet because of all the accusations about her book.

I wholeheartedly agree. While she wasn't biased, she went out of her way not to be mean to Palin, and ultimately failed in her duties as a moderator.

I agree. She could have pressed more, but overall, she did a good job.

Aren't there simialar things said about Barack Obama and Joe Biden - on Obama he deliberately does not say anything about McCain's advancing years or ill health? The BBC report hinted that Biden had to be very careful about going on the attack as this would alienate all the housewives out there.

"It was generally accepted in American politics that as an older man debating with a younger woman he couldn't afford to seem overbearing, confrontational or patronising.
