So basically...he wants something that is basically the military but that which isn't called the military so he can operate it on our soil and apparently without any protection against it being used against the People? Every time I think we've hit rock bottom, the Republocrats pull out a spade.

Also, the Department of Homeland Security should be abolished in total.
