I'm not excited for Obama, but I definitely won't be reluctant to vote for him. The closest to excited that I ever got was with Ron Paul, but even as a donor I was fully aware that he had enough crazy that I probably wouldn't have voted for him in the general election.

how could somebody like both Ron Paul and Obama? They are polar opposites.

Obama is more exciting than McCain. More entertaining. Younger. Newer. More naive. All around more fun. Hotter. His fans are even more entertaining. Devoted. Faithful. Fanatic. Mental.

McCain has gotten boring, so much so, that I find it difficult to pay attention.

Doesn't mean I'll be voting for Obama though. However if I were having a party I'd so invite Obama to come and I'd probably be bored to death having dinner with McCain.

Very excited and voting for Obama though I would have equally been as excited for Hillary had she won in the primaries. It's hard not to be excited about a Democrat in the White House for the next 8 years. Exciting times we live in for sure.

For the first time ever, there is someone running for President that I actually WANT to vote for and believe would make a great President.

True....there are some who have won me over....but this is the first time I've actually been excited to cast my ballot.

LOL! I can't pick the first choice. I am happy that Obama is our nominee, but I would not say I am "very excited" right now. I don't know if I have ever been "very excited" by a presidential candidate.
