The question doesnt have anuthing to do if we have won or not, the question is if we have to win.

You've already made it clear that you have no real interest in answering that question.

If we've already won, then the question of whether or not we "have to win" is moot, is it not?

It's not my fault you asked a completely invalid question.

I mean, it's like asking the NY Giants if they should win Superbowl XLII.

But it -is- your fault that you dont have the intellectual honesty to asnwer the question.

This is, of course, why you've avoided the question since you started posting here.

It amazes me how liberals, who are always telling us how smart they are, are so incapable of understanding and answering simple questions.

eh?
Q: Should we win the war in Iraq?
A: We already have.

How is this not clear to you?

Once more, should the NY Giants win Superbowl XLII? What do you mean they already did.. that isn't what I asked?!! It doesn't matter if they already won it, my question is SHOULD THEY WIN? Yes, yes, I realize that my question is asking about something in the future and in present times we already HAVE a winner of that Superbowl. Why do you keep avoiding the question?! Should they win?

Not sure who you're talking to here.

Anywho... for someone trying to insult another group of people's intelligence, you sure are displaying a horrible grasp of grammar and sentence structure. How can you ask a question about the future regarding something that's already been decided in the present or past? Just makes no sense. What's even stranger, is that you expect people to answer your warped tense question.

Hey, should we win WWII?

You have sufficiently demostrated your unwillingness to address the question. Thank you very much.

Victory in Iraq is, here at least, defined as a position where Iraq has bcome a stable democracy, able to tend to its own security and political processes.

Now, please address the question rather than avoid it.
How do we win according to that definition? We can't do those things for them. Perhaps you should ask if Iraqis want to win.

How did I not address the question? You asked, I answered. Don't agree with the answer? Then please feel free to elaborate why. If you're capable.

You did ask if we should win in Iraq, right? My answer is that by the definition you gave me for "win", we have already won. How is that not addressing the question when it's a direct answer to it?

Re: Is Iraq also a war we have to win?

We lost when the Bush Administration rushed us to war against Iraq based on "mistakes".

We attacked Iraq to get rid of Iraq's WMDs. There were no WMDs to get rid of. We lost.
