....dude....I'll make it very clear....You suck at this. Not only did this make no sense in the context of the thread, the Smack was sadly inferior. Hell, it even sucked compared to the Mod Safe version I am typing right now!

Same joke Hatuey made about a dozen pages back.
It's about as funny now as it was then... but at least then, it was original.

You must have me confused with someone who actually gives a sh!t what you think of my post:mrgreen:

I was being truthful btw

Deal with it

I didn't waste my time reading the whole thread. Sorry if that bothers you

It doesn't bother me:mrgreen:

<snip>Totally bogus...

"...for no man is without sin..." is one of the main beliefs of Christians of all dominations. I don't know where you have ever found Christians who do not believe...

Of course, there are some groups of nuts, but it is like saying that all Americans are serial murderers because there are serial murderers in America..

.... Unless you have some kind of a really bad skeleton in your closet, which makes you start shaking and fearing when a van caring a Christian group to a meeting passes by your house.

Do you really have to run out and to announce what is in your closet and to hold the van from its way?

Do you really need all of them to get out of the van and start praying for you?<endsnip>

If you don't mind with all due respect: this particular one to jallman I partually quoted

and I also was going to tell jallman that with all due respect in my opinion he went a little bit overboard when he compared ''persecution'' of Christians with''persecution'' of gays.. I think, we Christians feel a lot more secure...But of course i cannot feel what he feels..

Actually my issue is that most Christians do not walk their talk. They sit in the comfort of their church and watch the world go by. Safe in their OWN salvation. Secure in their final destination. Protected from the evils of this world. Waiting on the rapture...imo it would be much better if they served humanity at large, taking the Gospel to the streets, feeding and clothing the hungry and poor, rather then piling in their mini-van headed for the next Christian convention to spend their money on Michael W. Smith cd's. But rest assured I don't expect Christians to go out of their way to be kind to others since there is no reason to believe they will. I actually expect the opposite given the history of their failure to act in the most basic of Christian attributes. The offering of Grace.

I wasn't joking though

I wasn't joking though

Turtledude was, though.
I was talking about his joke: Jesus the parking lot attendant. It was the same as Hatuey's joke about Jesus who sells him burritos.
Haha. Some mexican guys are named Jesus. *zing!*

Ahem... moving right along, then.

silly polls demand silly responses:mrgreen:

Jesus and God is not the same thing......... one option is "yes, I have heard the voice of God"..

Yeah, He said Muchas Gracias Senor when I tipped him 5 bucks for parking my lexus at the hotel a couple months back.

yeah my bad-I forgot I responded to this-what was it-11 months ago. WTH did someone drag this dog up again:mrgreen:

When I was a child, I absolutely loved Jesus and church and the Bible stories too. I wasn't mature or able to speak like an adult, but I had an extremely sharp photographic memory and was able to read when I was 4. My memory faded at about 14.

Anyway it does sound like Jesus is her invisible friend which is cool. :) As for the adults are you sure they say they hear Jesus's voice literally? Sometimes people will say Jesus "led them" or "put in their heart" something, but they aren't talking about a voice, they are talking about the Holy Spirit. You should ask them.

Jesus talks to me alot....in the bible.

Certainly intolerance is not a character trait I hold in high esteem and I have not experienced the intolerance homosexuals have faced in this country. So I can only empathize with your experiences as a gay man where that is concerned. And certainly you have reasoned in your own accord what your behavior is going to be with atheists and that is a choice you have made. I, however, always enjoy a challenge and in particular I find it quite satisfying to have someone assassinate my character because they have a self-perceived superior intellect or believe they argue from a superior position of knowledge, or gnosis if you will. Indeed I do...and that may be why I came to DP, for the stimulation and excitement of written debate.

Nonetheless I am still disappointed in Christianity and the lack of God's Grace...and from my personal experience, in particular from the protestant side of the house. Certainly if Christians were less legalistic, less condemning and more willing to accept "...for no man is without sin...", including themselves, and in understanding offer Grace to the world at large, I personally believe there would be less charges of hypocrisy from those on the outside looking in.

I'm just wondering, do you read the Bible very much? I know people would like preachers to only focus on the Grace, and not talk about sin, or God's wrath, but that wouldn't be the true Gospel, it would be a false Gospel, and it wouldn't show people the way to heaven. The only way to heaven is to repent and submit your life to Jesus Christ. Anything else would be a lie. :(

Jesus warned that the world would hate his message, and they do.

I am waiting on the Rapture, and I do wish I could do all of those things, but it's simply not possible for me. I have cut my hair to donate to charity, but that's all I am able to do. I can't wait to be healed and serve the Lord Jesus in the Millenial Kingdom. Until then all I can do is Live my life and study and watch like he said to do in Matthew.

I think he did try once after my dropping of a good hit and drinking of some really good Purple Jesus Juice:mrgreen:

I talk to a guy named Jesus every day at work, whenever my clients are shipping stuff across the Mexican border into Laredo.

Yeah, I think i did once when I was drunk a long time ago.
The night was kind of a blurr but I swore he said I have permission to start a new religion if I wanted to. I think he also said feel free to pick the standards and I can choose three things to be rewarded with in heaven..... :)

Sometimes I hear Paul the Perve tell me "Its your Birthday" over and over again....

I don't sleep much.
