I had a talk with my girlfriend's mother about Obama over the holidays. She said "Oh I won't vote for him because he's colored AND he'll only be for the coloreds'.". You could heard a pin drop. I should also state my girlfriend stated that she was just parroting her husband's comments as she's not very politically savvy.

So I voted yes in your poll. Racial prejudice WILL play a part in a possible Obama nomination.

If you think Obama would only be "for coloreds". You should NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER engage in any kind of political discussion. He's not Al Sharpton for gods sake.
 
i think racial prejudice will play a small role mostly in the south and midwest, but i believe that most others ppl are passed that and will focus on his policies
