I was having a completely serious conversation. In that conversation, i was explaining that there are things in common between Nazi Germany and the United States today. I am thinking critically, not emotionally.

Any nation in the world right now has things in common with Nazi Germany in one way or another.

You are trying to Godwin the debate. It isn't helping your case much. People with a decent amount of common sense can see that government anywhere can have things in common with government everywhere. INCLUDING evil entities like Nazi Germany.

I mean, ****, they paid taxes in Nazi Germany. So we must be just like the Nazi's since we pay taxes too. :roll:

No, i'm not trying to Godwin anybody. Someone else brought up Nazi Germany, and in doing so, overstated their case so dramatically that they were, in fact, completely wrong. I'm simply pointing that out.

Personally, I think Trump might be just as corrupt as the rest of that bunch, and possibly more so.

Time will tell though.
