Impeach Judge who let off rapist?

I don't see enough information about the legal issues involved to allow anyone to make an informed assessment of this judge's decision.
 
No, we either have judges or we dont, and if we do we need to let them judge.

I say we do.

I am curious, I don't think it is possible but can the prosecution appeal to a higher judge like the defense can? I am 99% sure its no. Or appeal to have the sentence reevaluated. Any course of action like that?
