I have never posted a political yard sign. Ever. I feel the passive declaration is meaningless.

I don't do bumper stickers on my vehicle, either.

I live in California and if you are a conservative, you are asking for trouble be it vandalism or sign theft, or your car set of fire.

California "Land of Fruits and Nuts and Democrat Anarchists".

Never have. Don't want to become a target for any of the various nutjobs out there. Besides, who I support is my business.

I've never understood putting a $1-3 sticker on a $10k+ vehicle.

When I see a vehicle with a bunch of bumper stickers I know that they are the one vehicle to avoid in traffic. They seem to be the ones that wander around aimlessly in traffic without a clue as to what is going on around them.

Agreed. I will say that I don't put bumper stickers of ANY kind on my vehicles. Political or not. IMO that just trashes them up.

I even remove any dealer plate frames and/or decals.

Nope, never do and never will. That said I would never say anything to suggest others can't.

I put 'em all over my trucks. Something has to hold 'em together. There's even a "Free Huey" on the oldest truck. I didn't even know Huey Newton was in jail...

Nope, never have.

I've considered it, but never really bothered to take any action because who really cares.

I've had bumper stickers on my cars in the past, never covered the car in them but had one or two at times. Never anything political, just my alma mater or military units I served in, that kind of thing. Don't currently have any on my new car, but I may add one or two at some point.

Fun fact: regardless of political affiliation or religion, those with an ever-greater number of bumper stickers are more aggressive drivers. People who adorn their vehicle with their opinions express a larger territorial zone. In other words, they have projected their personal space much further out than those who have a desire to retain some level of resale value in their car. And invading that personal space meets with a much greater likelihood of road rage in response.

And remember, this is completely unrelated to political beliefs. That means that that the driver of the VW Bug whose bumper is plastered in "Imagine World Peace" and "War is Not the Answer" bumper stickers is to be avoided about as much as the Humvee whose bumper stickers say "I Like to Kill."

No, I have a neighbor that, after the republican convention 4 years ago put an empty chair out on his dirt lawn (next to the obligatory broken down car on the lawn) and a Romney sign. Everyone pretty much laughed at him. Now he has a trump sign on the dirt lawn between the cargo haulers he has parked there.

I have an IRL Irish flag decal on my car...nothing else.

Nope, never liked a politician enough to warrant the risk of liberals engaging in vandalism of my property. Same reason why I don't put the NRA stickers they give me on my car.

Oh, that's even better. You're more territorial and you're drunk.

I kid, I kid.

That explains it. We had a guy that had carried FIVE knives on him when we were deployed. What is any ONE person going to do with FIVE knives? I called him "gadget man" because of all the gadgets he hauled around on his battle rattle. Same concept I bet.

Yes, we have signs up every election. This year we have signs for the local Republicans for state Senate, our GOP Congressman Frank Guinta, Kelly Ayotte, and Chris Sununu, the GOP candidate for governor. This is the first time since we moved here that we don't have a sign up for the Republican nominee for President.

Of course not. I had enough trouble with the Jehovah's Witnesses and the Environmentalists knocking on my door and disturbing me. Why would I want to increase that by having irrational, drunk, or mentally ill partisan party workers pounding on my door?

That's your fault for living in California.

I've done it on occasion. My boss's brother was running for legislature and then for my mom's boss (she works for the county.) Pretty much just personal favors.
