What's different about Bill Cosby's case and Trump's case? I think the fact that Cosby used pills, and so far it seems that Trump hasn't is the real killer here. No one likes someone who drugs girls, but people can have varying opinions about the women that were around and Trump surrounded himself with... Unless pills enter the picture, or more forceful rape allegations emerge. People will cling on to their hopes that all this is just political fiction. What say you?

Trump is not going to jail. Without proof those allegations are meaningless.Sure to people at home who hate him those allegations mean something.But to intelligent people those allegations are suspect due to the fact they are just coming out now right before an election.

I would not be surprised if Trump sued all of them, and also sued the news media for not fact checking before printing unverified stories. Without attribution, they become their own. IOW, Megyn Kelly is promoting these stories and says "It's from such and such, and has not been vetted for voracity" (but she hates Trump, so it's OK) so she doesn't have to take the heat if it's untrue, but the poor bastard still gets slimed.

Everyone says "women are different and don't come forward, yada, yada." Not Trumps problem. They'd better have proof and good witnesses, and I wish him well going after those who just made **** up in the hopes of getting on Oprah.

What really matters is evidence, not how many have accused him.

So far, I haven't seen any evidence that Donald Trump raped anyone, short of allegations of sexual misconduct. Same goes for Bill Clinton.

I am personally choosing to remain neutral towards these allegations until some actual proof is presented.

If that doesn't happen however, I am doubtful that Trump would face any jail time.

You desperately want no one to bring up Bill Clinton because you don't think he and Trump have much in common in terms of being accused of sexual assault. I'm saying you're obviously wrong. You don't want people to point out the similarities because of your political bias.

I never said Bill Clinton was worse or Trump was innocent. I'm refuting your statement that Bill Clinton should not be brought up when discussing this story. Any clear-thinking individual knows there are YUGE similarities.

I've repeatedly said on this forum how disgusting, crude and ignorant Trump is. I also have no doubt that some, if not all, of these accusations are true. I feel the same way about Bill Clinton -- two peas in a pod.

No need for jail time. I suspect he's a hairs breath away from bankruptcy, everything's gonna come out, he's lived the "good" on other people's dime and squandered his inheritance. He ain't gonna be able to take it now that his reputation is ruined and it wouldn't surprise me if he offs himself. Maybe his family can support themselves off their version of graceland.

Oh yeah, the worse thing for anyone with his kind of past is running for prez. His whole life is being ripped apart. But IMO he never thought it would go this far. No one did. I think he thought he'd run in the primaries, get some free publicly(which he craves) and then, just like he did in in 2012 with his birther BS, the 'fad' would fade away and he'd go back to his life and his reality shows.

But he hit a cord with the nationalists and racists with his comments about Muslims and Mexicans, and he shot to the top of the GOP field, and he couldn't back out. Now his life is out in the open, for all to see what a scum ball he is.

But again, I very much doubt he'll see jail time. Once he loses the media will forget him, he'll pay off his accusers, and he'll stay out of jail. He's rich, he's got money and lawyers to stay out of jail.

Provocative headline notwithstanding, we are three weeks and a bit to election day and as they say "anything can happen". However, I believe we have yet to see the full breadth of the issue. It remains to be seen how long he can continue to deny, deny, deny. It would work if there were one or two, but there's a certain orchestration to this which causes me think there are still some land mines in his past yet to be exposed.

Having said that, "jail"? Really? It gets you readers but not integrity. There hasn't been a suggestion of criminal activity and to go there is as bad as Trump's over-the-top histrionics.

There will be lawsuits, he's been involved in 3,500 of them; you bet we will see some testimony under oath somewhere down the line.

Answer: No, he's not headed to jail, because even if he has 5% of his claimed wealth he's probably fine. And who knows about the statutes of limitation in the various jursidictions.

It's not rape, so there's probably a relatively short one in most.
