"You (Hillary Clinton) get a subpoena, and after getting the subpoena you delete 33,000 emails."

They rate that as "half true"...... How can that be possible... either she deleted them after the subpeona or not.

I've caught these fact checkers shilling for the left long before they became popular with the ruling class.

Donald Trump says Hillary Clinton deleted 33,000 emails after getting a subpoena | PolitiFact

They explain it here. In detail. In an unbiased way. They present just the facts of the statement.

The point is that we don't know what she deleted. The FBI finding no evidence that they were deliberately deleted would mean that they would have to have the 33,000 Emails and check them to see if any were deleted that would incriminate her. Unless I missed something we do not have those 33,000 Emails... correct?

Did you read the politifact article?

The FBI found no evidence that the emails were deleted deliberately to avoid the subpoena or other requests. Clinton’s team requested for the emails to be deleted months before the subpoena came. They also argued that all the emails that would be relevant to the subpoena had already been turned over to the State Department.

It's funny how you are calling it biased and claiming cherry picking.......but offering no proof other than you don't like the results.

I am not opposed to accepting that they are cherry picking if that is happening, however, you need more than "i don't like the results".

seriously?

from your link:

"Trump’s timeline is correct. The congressional subpoena came on March 4, 2015, and an employee deleted the emails sometime after March 25, 2015, three weeks later."

How is that "half true"?

It's only "half true" because politifact is trying to help explain it away for the cinton campaign.

I believe you said something about cherry picking? YOU are cherry picking. They posted all of the relevant information in that case that can be confirmed. ALL is not cherry picking.

Again, just because you don't like the results doesn't mean it is cherry picking information. It is all there.

Here is what makes it half truth

However, FBI Director James Comey said in a July 2016 statement that the FBI investigation "found no evidence that any of the additional work-related emails were intentionally deleted in an effort to conceal them."
Comey added in a later congressional hearing that the FBI learned no one on Clinton’s staff specifically asked the employee to delete the emails following the New York Times story and subpoena. Rather, the employee made that decision on his own.

Also Trump says "clinton" deleted the emails. There is no evidence of that. There is evidence that emails were deleted, but we don't know what. But we do know it wasn't by her. And we don't know that she even ordered it, per the above.

If I say obama is droning civillians, am I saying he is personally doing it or his administration? are you for real?

The fact you still have not answered my question tells me what I need to know regarding whether or not it bothers you that you re-posted a lie.

"so when did you stop beating your wife".

Fallacies don't deserve answers....

Fallacies don't deserve answers....
I didn't ask you a loaded question and I didn't commit a fallacy. I proved, beyond a shadow of a doubt, you re-posted a headline which was a lie. I asked you several times if it bothered you to propagate a lie and you never once answered my simply question. Since you never once answered my question, I can only assume, given the fact you posted the lie in the first place and refused to disavow it, you must be okay with repeating lies.

I'll give you one more opportunity. You posted something which was a lie. I proved the study did not claim what your headline said it did. It was a lie and you posted it. There is no disputing this. Does it bother you at all that you re-posted a lie? Do you have the integrity to acknowledge you re-posted something which was provably false and have the courage to disavow it?

Claiming you have done something does not make it true. sorry. As for my integrity, having it challenged bythe fallacy challenged has no real affect on me. sorry, not sorry.

Claiming you have done something does not make it true.
The fact the study said nothing even close to what your headline claimed it said is what makes it true. What I did was prove the headline a lie by posting the study.

I know you probably think you're being cute by playing word games, but it's not cute. It's sad. It's sad how you seem to have absolutely no problem with pushing lies.

As for my integrity
As for your integrity, you can simply admit you re-posted a lie. That's all you have to do. The fact you aren't even trying to defend the lie proves you know you posted a lie. So just admit it. I know it's in vogue right now to lie off one's ass and then just pretend it never happened, but at some point, a person's honesty and integrity have to kick in.

not my headline, bro.

y u mad, bro?

actually, you have been on the puerile deflection for days now. It does not mask a lack of intellectual prowess you bring to this topic, you do realize that, right?

not my headline, bro.
Didn't say it was. I said you re-posted the lie...Sis??

The fact of the matter is you re-posted a lie. There's no disputing this. You're not even trying to dispute it. So just do the honest thing and admit you messed up by not doing a little fact checking and you re-posted a lie because it said what you wanted to believe to be true. It happens to many people. Some people just have the integrity to admit it. Be one of those people.

y u mad, bro?
Not mad at all, sis. Just don't understand how some people can be so comfortable peddling lies. It's one thing to make a mistake, it's another to refuse to own up to said mistake.

actually, you have been on the puerile deflection for days now.
That doesn't even make sense. I'm accusing you of re-posting a lie, an accusation I've proven. I've challenged you to admit you re-posted a lie, something you've yet to do.

It's not deflection to challenge you to admit to re-posting the lie.
It does not mask a lack of intellectual prowess you bring to this topic, you do realize that, right?
Again, that doesn't make sense. You're the one who re-posted the lie. You're the one who posted something which wasn't true. I'm the one who busted you on that. You're the one who still refuses to acknowledge you propagated a lie.

At some point, one's insistent refusal to show any remorse for re-posting lies shines a light on one's character. I truly want to believe the best in people. I want to believe you simply made a mistake. But for that to happen, you have to show some level of contrition. You've yet to do so. At which point, it begins to make a person believe you have no problem with the lie.

tl;dr

Not surprised. At this point, you leave me with little choice but to assume you have no problem with the fact you posted a lie because it said what you wanted to believe. I will adjust my evaluation of your integrity accordingly and, while it probably doesn't matter to you what I think, I will remember it for future reference and future discussions.

Have a good day and enjoy your posting of a lie.
