I'm undecided, in the sense that I'm unsure if I won't vote, will write in a candidate, will vote Johnson, or will vote Trump.

I have basically zero reason to vote for Clinton. The only thing giving me mild pause to even consider Trump is the supreme court nominations that will likely occur over the next 4 years. The big thing giving me pause about Johnson is his atrocious stance on immigration. Right now, I'm overwhelmingly leaning to "write in a name POTUS"

I've been sure that I will not vote Trump for several months now. I was somewhat undecided on whether or not to vote for Hillary and just write in Kasich or my dead grandmother, simply because I do not want Bill back in the WH. But, at this point, I'm saying **** it and voting for Hillary. Trump is a trainwreck and I've managed to begin hating his entire existence. If Hillary is the Trump killer, then she is my gal.

Of course people who are unreasonably afraid of losing their guns are more than willing to give up the rights of others against unconstitutional search and seizure. They can even justify it in the same way gun banners justify their wanting to remove people's rights to bear arms, since it will not affect them. Just like those who want gun bans will not be affected.

Yes they are just as disgusting.

But Bernie never stood any real chance, regardless. He didn't come nearly as close as Hillary did when going against Obama.

Now Bernie supporters are saying it is Clinton supporters fault if Trump wins? The majority wanted Hillary. This is nothing more than stubbornness and childishness. The majority is never to blame in such a situation.
Bernie Sanders has made it very clear that he supports Hillary Clinton. He has made it very clear that EVERYTHING is on the line here.
If you do not support Clinton, you certainly are no Bernie supporter. You are Bernie's enemy and the enemy of the entire world. The damage Trump will do just can't be undone.

What part of "HAVEN'T been undecided since..." did you misunderstand?

I was not a "Bernie supporter" back then; I was still undecided between him, Trump, and just about anybody NOT Hillary or Ted Cruz. I actively opposed both Cruz and Hillary.

As to your last point? I believe the opposite; that the damage Hillary could do would be worse than anything Trump might accomplish during his Presidency.

Right. Hillary received 3 million more votes than Bernie did. And Bernie wasn't a Democrat until shortly before he started running, which means that he used the power of the party in order to get what he needed out of it. OTOH, Hillary's been a Democrat for decades. She was First Lady in Democratic White House, was a Democratic Senator, and she served under a Democrat in Obama as Secretary of State. And I don't know how much money she's raised as one of the most stalwart standard bearers for her party, but it's a lot.

So why would anyone be surprised that the DNC would prefer her over a guy who'd never done anything of those things for the party?

Bernie did some good things, but he didn't earn the support of the party and he didn't earn the votes. In what world is that unjust?

How?

The worst that could happen is more of the same. And if that does happen, and if voters don't like it, then they'll have another chance to field a candidate in 2020. There's nothing unknown about her.

There's not going to be any batsiht wars. No one's going to lose their guns (they're really not). There isn't going to be some policy-caused economic disaster. Just steady as she goes with the normal cycles of recovery, recession, social progress---the incremental inching forward of a superpower.

What would happen with Trump?

No one can honestly answer that question with any kind of certainty. But he has threatened the sudden mass destabilization of both national and worldwide structures. There is nothing good about that.

We didn't get an inspiring candidate this time around and what we're left with is stability or a tremendous unknown. The latter isn't an option.

Between the two candidates, why not pick an utterly insignificant reason to root for one of them? Especially if you don't live in the literal handful of states that can actually influence the Presidential election.

Oh, what the hell - I'll support Trump too! He wore a blue tie for the debate, and I think blue is a pretty color. It won't do a damn thing to change the outcome of the Georgia electoral votes, so **** it!

Here in Georgia, about fifty thousand people who normally vote Republican could literally write-in their votes for my left testicle, and it wouldn't mean a damn thing in regards to the outcome. That means we get to shamelessly squander our votes for our own amusement!

sanders GOT HIS SUPPORT because of hollaring about the rigged system with the clintons... AND how the young has been shafted by the cause OF A BIG IMBALANCE OF YOUNG TO OLD WHICH WAS MADE BY LIBERALISM... that was sanders talking out BOTH sides of his mouth.... he got his support and got the money
from them and then seemed to buy a $700,000 house and then comes out to say to vote for the RIGGERS of the election

none of that makes sense unless sanders was simply bought off..... and now more and more americans will see the whole system is corrupt to the core and want major change.. and that can only come with TRUMP

It's your vote so you're free to do whatever you want with it. Vote in Pepe the Frog if that makes you happy. Personally, I think democracy, even a tenuous and imperfect one, is an extraordinary luxury within the larger picture that is all of human civilization, and I take my vote very, very seriously. Slavery and a brutal form of caste system has been the reality of humanity for nearly all of history, so I don't treat my participation as a joke.

I understand that we're fortunate just to have what we do today, but that's no reason to rest on our laurels and accept a hopelessly flawed system, since it's the best we've had so far. When the system employed for measuring our votes is inherently designed to restrict our choices and minimize the risk of candidates who don't bend to the wishes of 1% of the nation, there's no reason not to advocate the replacement of that system. Unfortunately, I have no realistic way to enact any kind of change in this system on any level at this time. As such, I have decided that I would rather laugh at our slow, steady decline than cry from sheer frustration.

Yes i get there are those that might vote other, Im one of them but i haven't encountered anybody between hillary and trump.

I personally have no personal preference between the two, and refuse to make a pick of which one is less dreadful. I assumed that didn't count as undecided, since it was my final decision on thew matter.

I don't believe a word Trump says and I hate how hillary has handled technology in the past. Gary Johnson and Jill Stein are idiots. Who are we left with? No one.

Oh I See. By context you appear to be saying that you were undecided between Bernie and Hillary at one time. But you are saying you were undecided between Trump and Sanders?
I don't get that. I mean Trump is essentially Sander's great Satan. Every single thing in the world that Sanders likes, Trump would utterly destroy.
You'll do whatever you want, but I'd suggest you pay less attention to the drivel both sides spout, and start looking at policy.
