What are some ways to reduce police shootings of unarmed people of color?

I find the poll biased against the police.
Like every profession there are some bad apples and it is
imperative that leadership in the police dept. take appropriate
action to discipline or remove the offending officer.

You you are stopped by the police and you decide that you are
not going to comply with them that is a very bad decision. When
you make bad decisions bad things happen. Fighting the police in
the street is a losing option. You are not going to win and
possibility get hurt.

If you have a issue about the stop file a complaint after incident.
The police officer has an impossible job to do today.

The crazy thing is that yes, there are a small number of bad apples wearing a police uniform but these crazy wackos are killing police officers who aren't bad apples. In BR, LA they killed a black cop! BLM has more blood on their hands than police departments do.

However, I will be voting for a culture that is taught to respect cops...taught they're protectors instead of bring taught that snitches get stitches. I'll vote for families to teach their children to respect cops, and, if they don't agree, to obey anyway and fight "it" in the courtroom rather than on the street" I'll vote for families to explain to their children that they may encounter prejudice from assholes, yet they shouldn't judge all people by the actions of a very few.

Wow, I see this guy Ganapathy is suspended....Gee...I wonder why? He is fundamentally a huge part of the racial tensions in America. He's obviously a racist. ALL racist are a part of the problem as is the entity that created this post. When you leave out answers such as " educating the public to use common sense and better judgement when dealing with police ", it is obvious they don't think that is part of the problem. Ignorance begins in the home and if parents don't educate their children to at least abide by common sense law, they are going to have problems and probably will end up incarcerated feeling it happened because of their skin color.....not because of stupidity or ignorance. Act like an animal, expect to be treated like an animal...period! Act in a way where the police see you as someone that respects them and law, they will treat you the same way. A few bad cops do not represent the populous of police... and need equal discipline as well if they act above the law.
