Its really not worth arguing this with you because its obvious you don't even believe what you are posting. You pretend that we can somehow make guns go away. I was merely stating as long as governments continue to buy firearms and supply worker bees with firearms, they can be diverted even if you were to make all the private firearms disappear (which you cannot)

We have vey few guns here... it is something attainable despite how much people protest.

Security has to be provided in crowded public places especially when the number of such shooting cases is increasing in a country

yet you have a better chance of being killed driving some place.

You can lessen your odds of being shot at a movie theater. Stay home.

stop the lying. its not attainable in a country like the USA unless you want civil war and a complete suspension of the constitution including most of the bill of rights

I do not believe Cinemark should be held liable for what occurred. Homes is responsible.

victims of the Holmes mass shooting in Aurora Colorado have filed a suit against the movie theater-Cinemark-claiming that their injuries or the deaths of family members could have been prevented if Cinemark had armed guards or a better security system (the killer propped open a rear entry to the theater and used that to retrieve weapons he had stashed outside the theater and attack the patrons).

Cinemark has defended against this tort suit on the grounds that the massacre was unforeseeable

Hell no!

They have points, mainly not having some system to alert the emergency exit is open and (if true) the decision to not bring in extra security despite them normally doing so for premiers. Patrolling security guards and/or metal detectors is laughable though, who are the people thinking that is reasonable at a movie theater?

Anyways, I'd have a hard time saying that is enough to hold Cinemark at fault for what happened, even with the whole emergency door thing.
