Homosexuals Adopting?

Should homosexuals have to take a parenting test prior to adopting

Because the OP is talking about an additional requirement for homosexuals that heterosexuals don't have in order to adopt, I vote no.

In terms of parenting ability, homos and heteros are equal. All the empirical evidence shows this. There's nothing inherent to heteros that makes them better parents than anyone else.
