I phrased the question slightly differently for the actual poll question. I'm specifically asking about racism in the US. I'm not asking if you think only white Americans are capable racism in all the world.

Of course they aren't. All people are capable of being racist.

The media just doesn't like to point out when people of other races are racist, for fear of being labeled racist themselves.
 
At an individual level, of course. I think that's not even worth addressing. At a systemic level, it's more rare, but america is segregated to the point that neighborhoods that are almost exclusively non white are common. There you will find systemic racism towards whites and other minorities.

When you stop and ask yourself WHY it's so common, though, it often revolves around perceived racism harbored by whites - that they don't want to live near blacks etc, or that the blacks etc who live there have experienced enough racism for a lifetime. This is also why 'gayborhoods' exist

In other cases, it's just that's the only housing the minority group can afford and it may be more due to 'white flight' racism decades ago than racism today. Evidence for this includes the formerly middle class white americans who are moving back into these neighborhoods, ever since the economic collapse

Oh, come on man.

Anyone is capable of anything allowed by the laws of physics....

And we're still way too tribal a species for any race/ethnicity/religion to be immune to "ism"
 
I am a racist and a bigot because I want fewer immigrants so it will be easier for poor blacks to find employment.
 
According to SJW's and the "check your privilege" left, yes, only white people can be racist.

According to normal people, whites are the least racist people in this country.

I know everyone is capable of racism, everyone is capable of believing something is superior, and something else is inferior. Everyone is capable of prejudice, discrimination, and antagonism, at a different race. We are all capable, even Al Sharpton

many blacks are racist too but their racism seems to be stemming from the racism of the white .they commit hate crimes because of this

whose privileges ? dont get me wrong but they werent even allowed to marry whites in 50s .now they hear more about these from their grandads ,whatever you give them they will hate you as a white.

I'm talking about since the '60s on. They've had the benefits of affirmative action, special workplace protections, and they use far more welfare than any other groups, especially whites and Asians.

However, on the matter of institutional racism, they are the only people capable of that on a meaningful level or really at all.

I've heard from many Asians in universities complaints about affirmative action. They lose big time. They have to work much harder than Hispanics and blacks to get the same position. I'll tell you, they aren't resenting whites because of this issue.
 
White people are certainly not the only ones capable of racism, but we are certainly much better at it than any other race.

But to answer the question, no. Every race is capable of being racists.
 
instinctive tribalism transcends race, creed, or political affiliation. tribalism is the real problem, and zealotry is its accelerant.

There are rich Asian cities. Look at Singapore and Hong Kong. Istanbul is not too poor either.
