Trump talks about all Mexicans being rapists and criminals. And besides, "illegal immigrant" is just dog whistle politics for "anybody who speaks spanish."

I'm afraid you are wrong about that. Unless you are making a clear threat of physical harm to a specific group or person its just speech and you can say whatever you want.

And illegal immigrant means exactly what it states. An immigrant who enters the country illegally.

Saying that all Mexicans should have their homes raided, be thrown into vans, and then tossed into a country that some of them have never even been to in their lives to survive on their own with all their property confiscated and established business here in the US gone... that seems like a real threat of physical harm to my ears.

Listen buddy. Everybody, besides the Native Americans, is descended from illegal immigrants. The Pilgrims were illegal immigrants. The Jamestown settlers were illegal immigrants. NOBODY besides for native americans has a right to complain about "illegal immigrants," when they are descended from illegal immigrants themselves

If not precisely killing or death, it's intentionally creating the conditions that lead to killing or death, or at the least elimination of the group as a group.

Which is not even remotely equatable to deportation or denial of entry. Unless the deportation is specifically designed to place the deported in a situation that leads to their death or harm. But I don't think that was ever suggested.

I'm definitely no Trump fan, but I've never, ever heard him say that "all Hispanic Americans" should be rounded up and deported. I have heard him say that illegal immigrants should be rounded up and deported; whether that is feasible or not is fodder for debate.

Oh, and it's a far cry from deporting those in this country illegally and committing genocide against every person in the USA with Hispanic linage, especially when Hispanics are represented in just about every governmental entity across the country, including congress, the senate and the Supreme Court! :lol:

That's obviously incorrect. Hate crimes don't include hate speech.

Trump may be scum, but the freedom of speech is one of the most important rights --and so he's allowed to say repulsive, repellent things with impunity. Just like I'm free to call him a hate-filled, bigoted, half-orangutan with a brain the size of a grape seed whose only skill is being a megalomaniac, pathological showman.

He never said he wanted any Hispanic American rounded up and deported.Nor has he advocated genocide of anyone.

I'm really rather bored with lazy leftism --no, in the United States, it is not a hate crime. But go on, cite for me a US law which is violated by advocating for genocide.
