Not sure if he is an idiot. I think he graduated at Stanford with a 4.0 gpa.

I work with people everyday that have college degrees and a lot of them are idiots. Plus, his degree is in Communications so.....
 
Steroids in and of themselves aren't going to change anything. If you take roids and sit on the couch, you will look the same. What Steroids do is allow much, much quicker recovery. Ben Johnson of Canadian fame said that without steroids he could do a max workout effort every 3-4 days depending on soreness. With steroids he could do a max effort workout later that afternoon. So it's all a matter of utilization and purpose. I'd still say no just because it could create dependency issues outside of the military.

Besides, young men don't need any more hormones than what they have. Give that **** to us older guys who need it.
