How would that stop illegals from starting their own businesses? [which the law basically allows in most states]
Also, it seems like you're in favor of executing 10-20M instead of far fewer # of employers.
My solution seems more efficient.
We are allowed to shoot trespassers in TX. [if they attempt to break into your business, home, boat or vehicle]
What about breaking into your COUNTRY?
it's our country, not your country (or mine).
Like making illegal entry punishable by death.
desperate times......
yes, no, maybe
Make it a capital crime to employ undocumented workers/ immigrants.
The answer is no, because the effort would not pass Constitutional challenge. The only way to really solve the immigration issue is the concert of immigration reform and economics.

As I said above, ignore that the constitution would prohibit it.
I'm asking ---- IN THEORY.
would being possibly held to death penalty deter the practice of employing them.
Devistating fines would be enough, no need to shed blood over it.yes, no, maybe

Damn, Supes. Its a pity youre already married.
Perhaps, but it would not be conclusive. No real reason it would, we have no singular business model. Who is the one that ultimately ends up facing a capital punishment charge? Company management, company owner, stock holder? How many are you planning to charge here?
Mindless compassion is for fools. The fact is that any penalty that is not carried out in short order loses any ability to dissuade people from committing the same crime. It doesn't matter what the penalty is, none of them work if they are not quickly applied. How many people do you think would be afraid to rob a bank if they knew that they'd only be put in prison after they turned 75?
The death penalty should always be swift regardless. No - you are saying that you would agree with the death penalty for illegals, only if the punishment could be swift. That is pretty heartless.

Much like eating children solved the Irish potato famine, yes.
Ah, a Swiftian then?
Let them come here and speak their mind for themselves, then. You're no one's spokesman. The 18 people on death row who were exonerated after DNA testing would disagree with you.

That would be cruel and unusual punishment so it would be unconstitutional.
