It's business. Besides, very few people actually care about patriotism and just enjoy using it as political club to use against their opponents.

Yes. It's patriotic for the rich to get richer.

Solving the employment problems that we have in this country involves eliminating the minimum wage, getting rid of mandated benefits, and ending manipulation of interest rates to encourage saving.

Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord? And who shall stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false, and does not swear deceitfully. Psalm 24

I ask you the same question. Is it unpatriotic to buy foreign made products?

No, but that doesn't make it inherently harmful to the country. In many cases it's in fact a benefit to the US economy.

Outsourcing and patriotism have exactly jack and **** to do with each other. One is about making proper business decisions, one is about love of country. Your question is like asking if liking sushi is unpatriotic...

That would be a function of your knowledge about the way the products were manufactured, what is available for you to purchase, what you can afford, and the time you have to do the research. Depending on how all that shakes out, it may or it may not be.

The idea that anyone call shipping American jobs and manufacturing over seas to be patriotic is laughable. This is one of the things that pisses me off about the chamber of commerce republicans.THey will sit there and tell you that they love American and that communist are evil and suck dick. Then they turn around and support something so unAmerican as outsourcing jobs and increasing China's means of strengthening and updating their military. These are the capitalists who will knowingly sell the rope that will later be used to hang them with.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

    Cicero Marcus Tullius
