I guess since Newton was reputedly of a generally unpleasant disposition, the Laws of Motion never held true.

No, prejudice is NOT an emotion. One may feel certain emotions as a result of prejudice, but prejudice in and of itself is NOT an emotion. You don't have to take my word for it - look for yourself on lists of emotions. Maybe you can find such a list that says prejudice is an emotion, but I can find no such list.

What prejudice IS, is a kind of bias, a human tendency towards suspicion of the different, or a skewed perception of the different. Prejudice can shape and inform one's thinking, leading to certain emotions...but is certainly NOT itself an emotion.

really....if i am prejudice against you...what does it do to you.....make you mad or sad......its an emotion and not covered by constitutional law when dealing with people.

In other words, you've decide on your excuse and nobody's going to change your mind. You're not going to do any objective research to see if what you think is right or wrong. All the world's psychologists and sociologists could tell you differently, and you'd still never change your mind about it...because to change your mind would force you to call into question your beliefs, and that's something you can never allow yourself to do.

You can go ahead and have the last word. I won't reply.

i am saying this.....that if a person actions, do not violate a natural right of another Citizen or threaten the health and safety of the public..then there is no victim, and the government has no authority to act......

government does no allow people to excise rights........only privileges.
