Thing is nobody can really point to anything Obama has said or done that's antisemitic that isn't in realty little more than a criticism of the actions of the right wing Israeli government, as few criticisms as he actually has in his history.

It would be equally absurd to say someone hates America or Americans if they don't like some of Obama's policies.

PUBLIC POLL & MULTIPLE CHOICE

Seemingly following Obama's anti-Israel actions and statements in the view of the elected leader of Israel, there are increasingly extreme anti-Semitic claims and advocacies, including increasingly on this forum. This includes:

1. Claiming that up to 5 million Palestinian Muslims are allowed to immigrate/return to Israel - thus eliminating Israel as a Jewish nation, the only on in the world.

2. Declaring all problems in the Middle East are caused by the existence of Israel, the way Hitler claimed Jews were responsible for Germany's problems.

3. Endlessly claiming there are vast conspiracies by Jews of Israel including conspiratorial secret influences of the USA government, again parroting the claim Hitler made.

4. Advocacies unique against Israel, such as "right of return" to Palestinians" - but no advocacy of the right to return to any other people anywhere else in the world such as the Tartars of Crimea.

5. Discounting multiple past invasions by surrounding Muslim countries and vows to this day such as by Iran to totally destroy and kill all Jews in Israel.

6. Never, under any circumstance, mentioning that Israel is the ancestral nation of Jews and that they were disposed of their country - to instead always only portray Jews as foreign invaders who stole their country from Muslims.

7. Never mentioning the oppression, discrimination, bigotry and murder against Jews not only in the M.E. but around the world including in Europe - and that Israel is the ONLY country with an open-door policy towards Jews.

8. Never mentioning the many centuries of atrocities against Jews around the world.

9. Despite the current Prime Minister being elected by a majority, to insist as fact that he does not represent the views of Jews in Israel.

I only see such views coming from Democrats and so-called liberals. Are many Democrats - whether deliberate or inadvertent - anti-Semitic?

1. got sources for these comments? That would be nice

2. being critical of some Israeli policies is not being anti-semetic (at least not automatically).

3. Not supporting the policies of Bibi Netanyahu or applauding him like the actual president of the USA when he visits the senate (didn't hear democrats though shout out things like "liar" or comments to that effect) is not being anti-Israel last time I checked.

There is a law of return that turned a now Jewish area into a predominately Jewish country that is squeezing out the Palestinians.

Law of Return - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Since 1950, 2,734,245 Jews have immigrated to Israel.[11] Hundreds of thousands of non-Jews have received Israeli citizenship, as the law confers citizenship to all offspring of a Jew (including grandchildren).[12]

A democrat claimed cops are ISIS.Does that make all democrats wackos?

6. Never, under any circumstance, mentioning that Israel is the ancestral nation of Jews and that they were disposed of their country -

Israel is also the ancestral home of non-jews.

to instead always only portray Jews as foreign invaders who stole their country from Muslims.

If all Americans went to different parts of the world and started taking land that their ancestors lived on wouldn't they be invaders? Using your logic someone who has ancestors from Asia,Europe and Africa are entitled to take land from those places. The ancestral home argument is a load of horse crap.

These things have nothing to do with how the Israelis are treating the Palestinians. Nor is mentioning these unrelated things antisemtic. Its like saying because someone stole five bucks from my Grandfather, mistreated my great great great great grandmother or threw a rock at a christian in some other part of the world that somehow entitles me to steal your tv and treat you like crap.

9. Despite the current Prime Minister being elected by a majority, to insist as fact that he does not represent the views of Jews in Israel.

that has nothing to with antisemitism.

I only see such views coming from Democrats and so-called liberals. Are many Democrats - whether deliberate or inadvertent - anti-Semitic?
Going against a country's views or actions does not make one anti-Semitic.

No. I love bashing Libs as much as the next guy, but I don't think it's fair to label them anti semitic any more than it's fair to label a all southerners or all conservatives "racists."

if disliking Israel is racist, then disliking the university of Kentucky's basketball team is racist.

The poll excludes the one most relevant option to Democrats and Left leaning individuals of all sorts.

#10 Watching Israel's leader conspire against our President, the United States of America, and other Nations while cuddling with our Country's Right Wing to help promote massive war across the Middle East and to drive oil prices through the roof has in turn, caused resentment against Israel as a whole.

As a strong Left Leaning Independent I was favorable towards Israel. I blamed both sides in the Israeli conflict equally but I identified more with Israel.
After the unacceptable insult against my Country, I no longer am able to view Israel as favorable. Instead I now view Israel as a foreign enemy that is conspiring with our Right Wing to create war and boost profit.
I now see myself as being against Israel just as I am against our Right Wing corporate shills.

Lmao. Wow. Clearly, you have no idea how this country works.

We have a president, not a king. That means he is in charge of the executive, nothing more. Congress is a totally seperate entity.

Congress invited Netanyahu to come speak, as it had a right to do. They are in no way obligated to get the nod of approval from the executive.

If anything, the whining and crying from Obama and the left stand out. This isn't about you, obama, or your ego. America is more than just Barak Obama...American government is more than just Barak Obama....and the fact that his feelings got hurt or that the dems wanted to act like spoiled children who didn't get their way means nothing.

The bottom line is that congress, as it is more than legally entitled to do, requested that Netanyahu come speak before them. He accepted the request. Obama should have just ignored it, instead he pitched a fit and stomped his feet and got nowhere.

For the most part, Obama did ignore it. Ignoring it was how he dealt with it. The American people did not ignore it. And we wont let it go either.
If Obama was a King he would have the shills dragged into the road and shot. Right now I wish he was a King.

You seem to think this is only about the marriage of our political Right to a foreign government, the invitation to speak just before Bibi's election, and the usage of our Congress as a political pawn for Israel's Right. But it is so much more than that...
A foreign Government came to our own soil and attempted to conspire with corrupt factions of our own Government to undermine the only chance we have of adverting the largest war this planet has seen since World War 2.
All of the talk in between is complete bull****. We either get this treaty or we go to war. War with Iran will not be simple. Our own military strongly advises against it. It is only the oil companies and defense lobbyist that want this war. And together they control the Republican ideology like a well used tool.

Once again, CONGRESS INVITED HIM.

Are they not within their right to do so? Since when is congress answerable to the president??

We have three seperate but equal branches of government. At least, we're supposed to.

But you saying you wish Obama were King really tells it all.

You have no idea how foreign policy works.

I think you mean I have no idea how YOU think foreign policy ought to work.

I'm all ears. Please tell me what laws Congress broke by inviting Netanyahu to come speak. I'll hang up and listen.

They didn't break any laws, but intentionally undermining the president is pretty poor form.

A form that we know with certainty the right would be raising objection to, were all things reversed, and for good reason.
