    Assad or ISIS ?

    a very clear question to (particularly )right wingers who hate islamists but keep ignoring the US government's great role in allowing isis to gain power in Syria

    You can't tell what would be the result of the overthrow of the Assad regime.

    No it's not just his foreign policies, it's how he treats his own people.
    Assad is bad to Syrians. You didn't need to wait till the Syrian Civil War to know that he is a brutal murderous dictator just like his father was.
