Well, we know the Christians were supporting Assad. Even from the beginning when the MB started up and backed the protests to remove Assad. Yet it was the Sunni who attacked the Christians in Syria for payback.

Again the MB returned and like they tried to do with Assad's father they now returned to get rid of his son. Chase out the Shia from Power.

The Saud was backing the play and there is no way they didn't know about the MB. As was Qatar. They were the ones putting pressure on us.....to hand them the country. Giving the Sunni control. As usual they used the line they are the majority being ruled by the minority elite Shia.

That Assad was persecuting them. Even though he had Sunni in his Cabinet.

Between Assad and ISIS? Assad. Between Assad, ISIS, and some "other", I would say that other being a transitional government between Assad and the National Coordination Committee/National Coordination Body leading to free and open elections in Syrian Arab Army liberated areas.

Wrong! When the US decides that some "evil" (whatever that truly is) must be gone, the replacement tends to be worse. Besides looking about the planet deciding what government must be gone isn't your role in life, nor is it that of the US governments, despite it's behavior.

If there were a way to let them kill each other in perpetuity I'd be for that.... we just can't let another ME country get nukes.
“I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on what’s being proposed here, he’d agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute.” - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

One reason to be favorable toward partition. None of the smaller states will have the revenue base to support nuclear weapons.

The greatest threat to world security is the United States. People are scared about ISIS because they behead people on live TV but the United States does the same thing, only you won't see the dismembered bodies of children on national TV.
