Now personally I had not heard the word and I am not sure masses of people in America would have heard that word used too many times either.
But I looked it up and it is a disparaging and offensive word for a black person
She was describing music made by Lady Gaga and sitting next to a black co-anchor when she said:
“It’s hard to really hear her voice with all that jigaboo music — whatever you want to call it — jigaboo!”
Now she has since apologized sincerely for her words but still, was it right for her employer to suspend her?
