They are both high ranking members of the executive branch of our Govt. and they both performed social interactions that may be deemed "improper" ? I asked you if you found Bush's fondling Merkel "creepy" like you did Biden?

Don't get me wrong. I've been aware of and watching Joe Biden since the 1970's and was even a fan until he decided to sell out principle for political expediency. He has in the past been known to be a ladies man and didn't exactly follow the customary rules for Catholic courtship when wooing his wives and his many political and social gaffes are legendary. But he has remained pretty scandal free with no rumors of misconduct except for that plagiarism thing in 2008. He is now 72 years old. I don't think Stephanie Carter was uncomfortable in that scene.
Sometimes I think these woman are being polite when asked about Joe, what else are they really going to say. They are political wives and put their husbands careers first not wanting to make waves, I could be wrong.

I think Biden is a walking HR problem in this day and age, touching woman, getting in their faces is not acceptable...only when it's Joe for some reason.

So why did you whip out a picture of George W. Bush if you wanted to make the OP about "high ranking members of the executive branch of our Govt. performing social interactions that may be deemed 'improper'"?

Why didn't you ask what I thought about Bill Clinton having his penis in Monica Lewinsky's mouth in the Oval Office? Or Marilyn Monroe shaking her breasts at John F. Kennedy while singing "Happy Birthday" like a Las Vegas call girl? Or Anthony Weiner sending nudie pictures of himself to women who weren't his wife?

Focus back to the topic, which is Joe Biden. I'm posting about the topic of Joe Biden and his interaction with the new Defense Secretary's wife at his swearing in ceremony.

No Joe Biden's creepy uncle thing is awesome.

In theory, some of those loopholes were understandable, but in practice they sometimes made it possible for millionaires to pay nothing, while a bus driver was paying ten percent of his salary, and that’s crazy." -Reagan

He is like that with men as well. He has no sense of personal space. Makes for poor optics even though there is no ill or sexual intent behind it.
