Death Penalty for other crimes

Will the US ever execute someone for a crime that does not result in the loss of life

Nobody can predict how long the United States will even exist, much less whether it will ever pass a particular law. The question needs some tweaking.

I said I doubt it, " but if they did do it " YES. "Absolutely,i'm 65 and don't put nothing pass the USA,Justice system when it come's to people of color. My opinion!:2wave:

We already have, for kidnapping. I'd like to see that expanded to include child rape.

I do know better,and don't believe for one second that the justice system treat all it citizens the way. Even if they commit the same crime as a white person. FACT!

The problem with the death penalty is that not everybody convicted is guilty!

I could go on and on, you would still stay in denial. But here's one.

1. People of Color, serve more time for crack cocaine then White for Powder cocaine.And even if they both use the same drugs. Nuff said!

first off you need to show me an article proving this. Second off they sencemced based on a persons history not the color of their skin. And your un-based opinion on drug offenses is not 'nuff said', come on offer up some more 'proof'.

The Supreme Court has ruled that murder and Constitutionally defined treason/sedition are the only possible death penalty offenses for civilians.
