How do you think the SCOTUS would feel about the constitutionality of such laws?

You made a blanket statement that "no one cares" that people have been falsely sentenced to death, and you're simply wrong about that.
Killing one person is murder, killing 100,000 is foreign policy

Why do you countine to say old, overused propaganda. Not every polition is rich, this election cycle my state of Iowa rejected the wealthier trial lawyer, over a middle class, small town, woman for the U.S. Senete, so try to tell me again only the rich get a say.

The public does not directly make laws, we elect representatives that are supposed to do what we want them to do. Are you really unaware of how a representative democracy works?
There is nothing demonstrably true that religion can provide the world that cannot be achieved more rationally through entirely secular means.
