Actually that was not funny. It was very, very cruel. I apologize for that last statement. I am very, very sorry for saying that.

I don't support stuff that is clearly unconstitutional no matter what "good it does"

What specifically do you consider unconstitutional that currently benefits the public? Libraries, school busing, WIC, public roads???

anything that was not specifically authorized to the federal government in Sec 8.

People with middle class incomes are like ants trapped on a log that is burning from both ends. On the one end things like college and medical care are very expensive. On the other end the government thinks you have plenty of money.

so what? if he is getting stuff others have to pay for big deal. someone who pays 1000 bucks a year in FIT who gets full coverage is being subsidized by people like me who pay for our HC insurance completely and are paying a surcharge for Obama Care as well

Wrong

The subsidies aren't paid with FIT. They paid by capital gains taxes on people who make more than $250k/yr in unearned income and by taxes on insurance companies

So you didn't read what I said why I say people like me are charged a surcharge

Yes I and my family members have directly benefited.

We are white.

We are middle class with middle class incomes.

We have benefited. Saved tens of thousands of dollars.

That's great. I can't see where I have saved that much, but looks like it did something for me.

No, it's a tax on capital gains.

that's a tax on income. I know what I pay each year and since I am retired, I have very little "earned" income

Well at least you got that right. Capital gains are income and is taxed. Can't say the same for some of your other bogus posts. Maybe Obama isn't so bad after all. If such people will go to such lengths to lie to discredit him, maybe he is doing something right.

This is totally bogus. First of all I don't remember when my taxes were so small that I had to pay 1000 dollars. (Even if they were $1000 that would be too much for what I get in return.) Next of all you and people like you do not subsidize my coverage. I work for a very large corporation that completely funds our insurance. What that means is that the money that is paid to providers comes from the pool of money from other employees and what the company puts in. If there is any shortfall, the company that I work for has to pay it, not you or anyone like you.

I wish all I had to pay was $1000. They withheld over $15,000 in federal income tax alone from my salary. I would be getting a nice refund if all I had to pay was $1000.

I voted not. The ACA has not helped me one ****ing bit...
