He didn't say that the tax payer paid for the birth control pills. He said his insurance company did.

So you don't have insurance at all?

It's all Obamacare. The only ones not on Obamacare are the 31 million without any health care coverage at all.

More for the insurance, yes. Either he will or his employer will.

But not as a taxpayer, because if he has insurance, then he won't have to pay the tax/fine.

    then you have Obamacare.

Almost all insurance policies are Obamacare compliant. There are some rare exceptions, but those policies don't cover birth control and don't exempt anyone from the personal mandate.

Re: Have you or a family member benefited from the Affordable Care Act?

Let's look at what I'm going through right now and then you tell me. I'm suffering from adhesion capsulitis in my right shoulder commonly known as frozen shoulder. Hurts like a bitch. Trip to the specialist cost $60 for him to tell me what I already knew. Had to schedule an appointment for treatment (which I expected to get in the first visit). The visit for a cortisone shot cost me $200 towards my deductible. The same issue a couple of years ago was far less.

You can purchase Obamacare compliant policies from any insurance company. It doesn't have to be on the exchange, there is nothing really special about the exchanges, other than a website to purchase insurance on. the rates are about the same, on the exchange and off the exchange. I checked into both options.
