    it has not benefited me or my family.. the opposite has occurred.

    but , alas, I was not part of the demographic it was intended to benefit.. I am part of the demographic is was intended to harm.

    I don't know anyone who has benefitted from this, but I do know several people whose FT jobs turned into PT by their employers so as to not have to comply.

    Most of the people that I know in person have told me that they weren't affected at all that they know of. I only know one person who lost his employer provided insurance, that was for 2014, but he got it back in 2015. Other than him, everyone I have spoken with in person says that they haven't been affected at all.
