    I feel sorry for Williams...but yeah, he should probably be fired. The only thing a news journalist has is their credibility and once that's gone..... Although, I am a believer in second chances and don't think he would try that stunt again.....at this point he's probably more of a liability to the network than an asset, so perhaps letting the dust settle for six months is worth a try to see if the public will accept him again. If not, then he should probably find a new career.

    He shouldnt need to be fired

    He should have resigned

    This is a no brainer as far as i am concerned

    He has lost the trust of his viewers, and rightfully so

    My father was a Cronkite fan.....said he really didnt like the man personally, but he always trusted whatever came out of his mouth
