I haven't bought anything from the Amish either since I learned about their deeds. You have a lot of mills in your area. Luckily we don't have many here in New England.

It's not offensive. It's kinda cute and sorta funny at the end, but they did the right thing by pulling it. Selling dogs online is a really bad idea. Or any other pets for that matter.

Yeah, there was a big story on the news about a huge puppy mill that got busted sometime last year. Makes me so sad. I can't wait to get my own place so I can go adopt a dog, and save them from the shelter. An older one, too. The ones that most people just look past. You can find the best dogs that way.

    You get the idea.

OMG! Poor things! Isn't there anyone that oversees that animals are treated humanely in this business?

Sure, it's kind of twisted but I really don't see anything to get pissed off about.
    It's mean to puppies.

When a business is selling beings, unless that being is expected to do hard work, they're not really looking into the actual health of the being. The average American slave owner took better care of his slaves than many of these dog farms take care of a dog's health.

Only objectionist left wing cranks would object to that. I had tears in my eyes.

based on this, that old favorite TV show "The Littlest Hobo" about a stray mutt wandering the countryside would have been censored.

What do they think, everyone is as stupid as they are and we need to be protected from a ****ing feeling? Time for "progressives" to grow the **** up.
I agree. All this excessive political correctness is turning the nation into a bunch of thin skinned wimps.

But that's not the sort of place that was portrayed in the commercial.

I agree. Puppy mills like that, which mistreat their animals need to be shutdown and the owner / operators need to be fined and / or jailed, based on animal abuse if nothing else.

Re: Is it really that bad?

I once had a puppy that looked exactly like that. I was 6 yrs old and we had the little guy for a week when we all loaded up in the car to go to grandma's house. The dog was on the floor in the back seat with me, when my sister slammed the car door. Somehow the puppy had stuck his head outside of the car and my sis had crushed the dogs head with the car door. Needles to say I got to witness the little guy die right between my legs on the car floor.. Anyways, I seen nothing wrong with the ad.
