    They have an economic citizenship program. Anyone can purchase citizenship in their country (aside from Iranians, which is entirely due to US pressure).

    The BOR refers to "the people", numerous times. Ironically, "the people" are not mentioned in the preamble to the BOR.

    So, they don't offer passports to illegals. You have to buy citizenship first. And this is what you want to do here? Sell citizenships?

    So when We The People established the Constitution, they meant everyone including illegal aliens right? Were they legal in the states too? Because the states preexisted the union.

    They have the right to get shot when they are sneaking over the fence, but that's about it.

    Whether illegal or not, non-citizens by definition have less rights compared to citizens.

    The most common method is EB-5 visas, although other avenues exist.

    And permanent residency leads to citizenship.

    I am not proposing this as a solution, mind you. There needs to be a pathway to citizenship for the folks who can't afford it, in my view.
