Under my campaign and campaign finance reform plan : Zero money allowed in contributions from any source . . A special fund in our Treasury ..only $100K per candidate, plus a little (one hour) of "free" time on all of our networks .

Not only is there no advantage to calling yourself a "Cowboys fan" in Giants territory, it's a liability (as I posted before). You have to be a die hard fan to admit to it in that state, and when you're governor, it could mean the difference between winning and losing. There's no question that Christie is a lifelong Cowboys fan as he stated. There is no gain to lie about something like that. The only words more offensive in his neck of the woods would be "I'm a lifelong Boston Red Sox fan".

He claimed Christie was a lifelong fan because Christie said he was a lifelong fan. If you think Christie is lying, then take it up with Christie.

By the way, Christie has been vocal about his support of the Cowboys even when they go to Giants stadium.

Why do you worry so much about what team Christie likes?

I doubt that anyone could document his/her childhood fandom in this forum. Christie's 2010 statement concludes this matter.
